Edward Kaminskyy

Operations Director

If you spot a guy with long hair, a huge smile, and a suspiciously organized stack of papers, you’ve just met Edward. He’s the one keeping Avondale Senior Villa running smoothly, day in and day out. From managing daily operations to handling the exciting world of legal paperwork, he’s the go-to guy for everything behind the scenes. Give this man a document, and he’ll have it laminated before you can even say “compliance.”

Oh, and that picture of him in Iceland with that giant grin? It’s not because of the stunning landscape—it’s because he found out they had a laminating machine in Reykjavik. We’re just glad he brings the same level of enthusiasm to making sure our residents and staff are happy (and that all paperwork is forever encased in plastic).

Arthur Dobrydnik

Head of Marketing

When not brooding at the local staircase, Arthur is the driving force behind Avondale Senior Villa’s marketing and visual identity. From building this very website to capturing the serene beauty of our 2-acre property through photography, Arthur ensures that everything from the first click to the final frame reflects the warmth and care we provide. With an eye for detail and a knack for making even the simplest shots look like works of art, Arthur’s creative talents are woven into every aspect of the home’s presentation.

In between existential musings and deep conversations with his office chair, Arthur somehow finds time to write witty bios and wonder if his brother will ever stop laminating things. Arthur’s real muse? His cat. When he’s not creating stunning visual masterpieces or crafting the perfect marketing plan, he’s consulting his feline overlord for creative advice. It’s rumored that all of his best ideas come from long, thoughtful conversations with his cat—who, naturally, is never wrong. Honestly, we’re not sure he’d be working at all if it weren’t for the need to keep up with his cat’s lavish tastes in kibble.

Nick Plosnita

Caregiver

If there’s laughter coming from the dining room, it’s likely Nick cracking jokes while whipping up something delicious. As our resident master chef, Nick takes pride in treating everyone to home-cooked meals that are as warm and comforting as his personality. He’s the kind of caregiver who can have a great conversation with anyone—always listening, always caring, and always ready with a witty remark.

We’re not saying the residents have a favorite caregiver… but if they did, well, Nick’s name might come up more than a few times. Whether it’s a perfectly timed joke or a plate of food that hits just right, Nick knows how to make every resident feel like they’re the most important person in the room.

Sprout

CEO of Strategic Object Relocation

Allow us to introduce Sprout, the Scottish Fold who runs the show around here. He’s 100% in charge, and he knows it. His daily routine? Strategically knocking things off shelves, because why not, and looking impossibly cute while doing it. Sprout is also famously needy—but only on his terms. Behind that adorable face is a mastermind pulling all the strings, one mischievous paw at a time.
